There are 2 scenarios:

a) You have only submitted your top up request but have not made the transfer:  Your top up request will be rejected automatically within 5 working days.  

b) If you have made a bank transfer and submitted your top up request:  You have to wait for the top up to be approved and reflected in your BRDGE Wallet, only then you will be able to withdraw the funds.

Notes: There are no withdrawal fees on the BRDGE Platform, it can take up to 3 working days for the withdrawal request to be processed.
