What Should I Do If I Transferred From A Non-Registered Bank Account with BRDGE?

Kindly complete 2 steps if you transferred from a non-registered bank account.

1. Submit top-up request with your transfer slip via your BRDGE account.

2. Email us a soft copy of your Bank Statement at hellosg@brdge.tech using your registered email address with BRDGE.

For security and verification reasons, please email us a soft copy of the bank statement clearly showing your full name and address, the account number and the name of the bank. This is required in addition to the transfer slip you need to upload.

We will register this Bank Account into our system, moving forward you will be able to top up funds from this Bank Account as well.

Do note that all funds will be credited back in to your Primary Bank Account.
